Aditya Birla SL AMC announces changes in key personnel and fund management responsibilities
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (the Fund). Notice is hereby given that, following changes in the details of Key Personnel of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited (ABSLAMC) will be effective with effect from Wednesday, May 13, 2026 (the Effective Date): Pavas Pethia will be designated as the Key Personnel in the capacity of Fund Manager and Senior Analyst; and Kartikeya Singh will be designated as the Key Personnel in the capacity of Fund Manager and Analyst. While, Jayesh Khilnani has been appointed as Analyst- Equity with effect from Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
The fund management responsibilities of the following Schemes will be re-assigned with effect from Wednesday, May 13, 2026 (the Effective Date): Aditya Birla Sun Life Business Cycle Fund; Aditya Birla Sun Life Manufacturing Fund; Aditya Birla Sun Lif
