Adani Enterprises rises as its arm incorporates Joint Venture company

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2503.00, up by 29.85 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 2473.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2471.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2521.05 and Rs. 2471.30 respectively. So far 24839 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3743.00 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2030.00 on 22-Nov-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2619.85 and Rs. 2465.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 289208.84 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.75% and 7.36% respectively.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Petrochemicals (APCL) has completed the incorporation process of a joint venture company namely ‘Valor Petrochemicals’ (VPL) on January 4, 2025 (confirmation of the same has been received by the Company on January 6, 2025) with Indorama Resources, Thailand. APCL shall hold 50% share capital of VPL. VPL is incorporated with the object to set Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical business.
