ABans Enterprises trades higher on acquiring additional stake in Abans Jewels

ABans Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 116.80, up by 1.60 points or 1.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 115.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 116.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 116.90 and Rs. 113.40 respectively. So far 87 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 228.00 on 16-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 112.00 on 27-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 120.95 and Rs. 112.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 162.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.56%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.83% and 15.61% respectively.

ABans Enterprises has acquired additional 6.10% share capital of Abans Jewels on March 27, 2024, as per terms of the definitive documents executed in this regard. As a result of the above, Abans Jewels has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Earlier, the company held 93.90% of the total share capital of Abans Jewels. With the above transaction, the company now holds 100% share capital in Abans Jewels. 

ABans Enterprises is involved in the business of trading, processing, broking and consulting in all kind of commodities, agricultural products, base metals, precious metals and stones and trading in commodities, shares and derivatives of all kind in electronic exchanges.
