Zuari Industries soars on incorporating wholly Owned Subsidiary Company
Zuari Industries is currently trading at Rs. 174.05, up by 7.70 points or 4.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 166.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 167.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 177.75 and Rs. 167.20 respectively. So far 8839 shares were traded on the counter.

Zuari Industries has incorporated wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in the name of ‘Zuari Envien Bioenergy’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, in the State of Haryana. Its main object inter-alia is to carry out the business of all types of biofuels/bioenergy.
Zuari Industries is engaged in the manufacture of urea and complex fertilisers.
