Wonderla Holidays soars on signing agreement with government of Odisha
Wonderla Holidays is currently trading at Rs. 241.75, up by 14.50 points or 6.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 227.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 230.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 242.05 and Rs. 229.45 respectively. So far 10636 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 269.90 on 06-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 196.20 on 20-Dec-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 243.75 and Rs. 215.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1285.31 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.76%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.42% and 19.83% respectively.
Wonderla Holidays has signed agreement with the Government of Odisha for leasing land about 50 acres towards development of amusement park project in Kumarbasta Village, Khorda District, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Wonderla Holidays is one of the largest operators of amusement parks in India. It currently owns and operates two amusement parks under the brand name ‘Wonderla’, situated at Kochi and Bangalore and are in the process of setting up its third amusement park in Ranga Reddy District of Andhra Pradesh, Wonderla Hyderabad.
