UGRO Capital gains on signing co-lending agreement with Central Bank of India
Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 199.50, up by 1.45 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 198.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 200.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 206.70 and Rs. 199.50 respectively. So far 10544 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 212.95 on 22-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 80.00 on 22-Apr-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 207.70 and Rs. 189.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1408.46 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.97% and 87.15% respectively.
UGRO Capital has signed a co-lending agreement with Central Bank of India. Under this partnership, the two entities aim to disburse upto Rs 1000 crore to U GRO Capital’s varied MSME segments under its programs like Pratham, Sanjeevani, Saathi, GRO MSME and Machinery financing, in next 12 months.
The Co-lending arrangement with Central Bank of India will work towards providing formal credit to underserved MSMEs at affordable rates across all product categories of U GRO Capital. For the same, the bank will leverage U GRO’s digital technology platform driven by a Data Tripod of GST, Banking and Bureau, in addition to the company’s deep sectoral understanding and multi-channel distribution reach.
