Wim Plast rises on selling entire stake in Wim Plast Moldetipo

Wim Plast is currently trading at Rs. 511.00, up by 0.70 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 510.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 516.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 516.95 and Rs. 503.05 respectively. So far 1060 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 573.00 on 11-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 335.00 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 516.90 and Rs. 502.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 609.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.82% and 40.46% respectively.

Wim Plast has sold entire stake in Wim Plast Moldetipo for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15 lakh. Post the transaction, Wim Plast Moldetipo ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company. Earlier, in October 2022, the company had received approval from board of directors for divestment of 100% equity investment, comprising of 1,50,000 equity shares of Wim Plast Moldetipo.

Wim Plast is currently engaged into manufacturing of plastic moulded and extruded articles. The product includes water jugs, house hold trolley, house hold glasses, house hold containers and hot pots.
