The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 19.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.03 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 95.98 per cent at Rs 674.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 344.16 crore in the corresponding period last year. During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 105.35 per cent to Rs 641.09 crore from Rs 312.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 73.57 per cent at Rs 16.35 crore versus (Jun'21 Rs 9.42 crore). Operating Profit surged by 4.51 per cent to Rs 33.40 crore as against Rs 31.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.72 per cent in June quarter. Interest grew by 14.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.34 per cent at Rs 6.66 crore (Jun'21 Rs 5.23 crore).
