Waaree Renewable Technologies touches roof on receiving LoA for Solar power plant

Waaree Renewable Technologies is locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 4444.75, up by 211.65 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 4233.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4444.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4444.75 and Rs. 4444.75 respectively. So far 15024 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4,444.75 on 02-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 480.00 on 03-Feb-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4444.75 and Rs. 3200.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9258.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.09% and 25.45% respectively.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from one of the Global leading biggest utility in the world in renewable energy. The LoA is for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work for Solar power plant of 412 MWp /335 MWac on turnkey basis with an order value of Rs 547.5 crore. The LoA also includes Operations and Maintenance for a period of two years from the date of Hand over Take over with an order value of Rs 6.798 crore. The projects are scheduled to be completed in the December 31, 2024 as per the term of the order.
