The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 11.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.62 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.26 per cent at Rs 145.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.34 per cent to Rs 125.76 crore from Rs 80.96 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 78.18 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 0.55 crore). Operating Profit surged by 14.31 per cent to Rs 19.25 crore as against Rs 16.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.94 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 162.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 2.55 per cent at Rs 4.42 crore (Mar'21 Rs 4.31 crore).
