Ugro Capital gains on getting nod to raise Rs 25 crore through NCDs
Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 161.70, up by 1.15 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 160.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 157.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 162.30 and Rs. 157.60 respectively. So far 1522 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 130.90 on 17-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 165.00 and Rs. 153.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1137.42 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.49% and 87.63% respectively.
Ugro Capital has received approval to raise Rs 25 crore through issuance of 250 rated, senior, secured, listed, transferable, redeemable, principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each being offered at discount with an issue price of Rs 9,27,000 on a private placement basis. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 09, 2022 has, inter alia, approved the same.
