Cyient surges on inking multiyear services agreement with Airbus

Cyient is currently trading at Rs. 1961.80, up by 67.30 points or 3.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 1894.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1895.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1978.55 and Rs. 1895.05 respectively. So far 5529 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2457.00 on 22-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 920.85 on 16-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2005.15 and Rs. 1810.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21268.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 56.79% and 20.01% respectively.

Cyient has signed a multiyear services agreement with Airbus for Cabin and Cargo Engineering. Following this agreement, the company has been selected by Airbus for the development of a part of its cabin ‘Intelligent Core Management Platform’ (iCMP). These systems focus on enabling faster software updates, easy and rapid customization, and proliferation of digital services in Cabin. Cyient has been working with Airbus, supporting the future-ready Cabins to deliver state-of-the-art services requiring new technologies and significant data flow volumes.
