Ugro Capital climbs on raising Rs 30 crore through NCDs

Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 152.50, up by 3.65 points or 2.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 148.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 152.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 152.50 and Rs. 147.85 respectively. So far 15 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 100.00 on 25-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.00 and Rs. 143.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1076.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.18% and 87.95% respectively.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 30 crore through Rated, Senior, Secured, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable, Principal Protected Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 300 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each for cash at par through private placement. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2022 has allotted the same.
