NIFTY HIGHLIGHTS

The Nifty October rollover stands at 28.63% on Monday compared to 28.61% on same day of previous expiry. The Market wide October rollover stands at 35.95% on Monday as compared to 40.57% on same day of previous expiry. The rollover cost in the October series stands at 0.22 on Monday compared to 0.2 on same day of previous expiry. The Nifty October rollover is higher than its Three months average of 27.94% and higher than its six months average of 26.34% as on today. The market wide rollover is lower than its three months average of 40.98% and lower than its six months average of 40.1%. Bank Nifty October rollover stands at 31.96% on Monday compared to 26.22% on the same day of previous expiry which is higher than its Three months average of 29.71% and higher than its six months average of 27.81%. The Option data of OCTOBER series shows high Call OI at 18,200 strike price followed by 18,500 & 18,300, while high Put OI concentration is seen at 18,000 followed by 17,800 indicating the probable range for current expiry.

* IDEA, ESCORTS, INDUSTOWER, ZEEL and FEDERALBNK saw lower rollovers on Monday compared to same day of previous expiry.

* Higher rollover in current expiry: ADANIPORTS, GRASIM, SUNTV, BATAINDIA and BHEL.

* Lower rollover in current expiry: INDUSTOWER, CHOLAFIN, SIEMENS, PIDILITIND and BALKRISIND.
