ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT of CAMS in Assam
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) located at ‘Dewal Road, 2nd Floor, Left Side Second Building, Near Budhi Gukhani Mandir, Gar Ali, Jorhat – 785001, Assam’ is shifting to new location at ‘Singh building, Ground Floor, C/o Prabhdeep Singh, Punjabi Gali, Opp. V-mart, Gar Ali, PO & PS, Jorhat – 785001, Assam’ with effect from June 10, 2024.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
