Tera software has executed joint venture agreement with Sitra Infotech as approved by the Board of Directors of Tera Software at their meeting held on July 12, 2023 in the ordinary course of business and to incorporate a Joint venture company to participate in e-tender invited by ONGC for award of contract for Survey, Engineering, Supply, Installation & commissioning of CCTV System.
