Tata Mutual Fund (MF) has launched the Tata Corporate Bond Fund, an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds, with flexibility of any Macaulay Duration and relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk. The NFO opens for subscription on November 22, 2021 and closes on November 29, 2021. The Entry load and Exit load is nil for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Corporate Bond Composite Index and its fund manager is Abhishek Sonthalia.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns over short to medium term by investing predominantly in corporate debt instruments.
