Tata Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Tata Asset Management Company.
Tata Mutual Fund informs that pursuant to calculation of risk value of the scheme’s portfolio on monthly basis, based on the methodology specified by SEBI, Tata Equity Savings Fund’s (An open-ended scheme investing in equity, arbitrage and debt) old Risk-o-Meter ‘Moderate’ has been revised to ‘Moderately high’.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
