Tanla Platforms shines on acquiring 100% stake in VF Digital India

Tanla Platforms has completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of ValueFirst Digital Media (VF Digital India) in terms of the share purchase agreement dated June 8, 2023. Pursuant to completion of this acquisition, VF Digital India becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanla Platforms with effect from July 3, 2023.
