FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 21 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity segment, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5793.52 crore against gross selling of Rs 4575.28 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1218.24 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 810.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 817.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 7.35 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 10.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 8.09 crore in hybrid segment.
