Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy soars on emerging as successful bidder for BOS package

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is currently trading at Rs. 317.70, up by 18.30 points or 6.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 299.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 313.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 319.00 and Rs. 311.00 respectively. So far 49248 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 400.00 on 28-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 255.25 on 26-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 319.90 and Rs. 296.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5679.42 crore.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has emerged as successful bidder for the Balance of System (BOS) package comprising of 4 blocks of 300MW(AC) each in the proposed 1200MW Solar PV project of NTPC Renewable Energy at Khavda RE Power Park, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat with an aggregate capacity of around 1500 MW (DC). The total bid value, including Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for 3 years, would be around Rs 2,100 crore (inclusive of taxes).
