Sinclairs Hotels moves higher on selling one acre land for Rs 27 crore in Kolkata
Sinclairs Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 101.94, up by 3.50 points or 3.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 98.44 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 102.44 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 102.44 and Rs. 100.00 respectively. So far 2007 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.50 on 10-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.00 on 04-Mar-2022.

Sinclairs Hotels has sold its one acre of land (approximately) situated in Action Area I B, New Town, Kolkata, for a total consideration of Rs 27 crore. The conveyance deed along with necessary documentation for transfer of the property has been executed and registered with the Office of Sub Registrar, West Bengal on March 02, 2023. Earlier, the company had entered into conditional sale agreement for transfer of said land.
