Schaeffler India has entered into a business transfer agreement with Catensys India, for sale of the Chain Drive business of the Company, by way of a slump sale, on a going concern basis, for a lumpsum consideration of Rs 29.42 crore.
Schaeffler India has its presence in automotive and across all core industrial segments.
