Central Bank of India moving towards self-service any time banking

To take India one step ahead and provide self-service convenient banking to its customers Central Bank of India has introduced passbook printing kiosk. Bank has planned to install 1000 such machines in the coming days to enhance customer experience while inaugurating its first passbook printing kiosk at Bank’s Main office in Mumbai.

The new facility is inaugurated by Shri Rajeev Puri, Executive Director in the presence of Shri Mohit Kodnani, General Manager- Transaction Banking , Shri Sandip Gulati, General Manager - FI, Shri Rajesh Kumar, Field General Manager etc.

The new facility is another milestone of the bank with the use of technology to enables customers to carry out passbook printing in self service mode using barcode technology. Customers can print their passbooks of Savings, Recurring Deposit as well as PPF account through the facility round the clock, even after branch timings.

On the occasion of 75 YEARS OF AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV bank has also flagged off a car rally from fort, MUMBAI to Ville Parle, MUMBAI covering distance of 40 kms.

This rally was inaugurated jointly by Shri Vasti Venkatesh, General Manager Marketing/CCD , Shri Rajesh Kumar, Field General Manager, MMZO and Shri S H Ayubi, Chief Marketing Officer of the Bank. Staff of the Bank in large numbers participated in this rally.
