SBI AMC announces enabling subscriptions in SBI international access - US FoF
SBI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) cum Common Application Form of all Scheme(s) of SBI Mutual Fund.
SBI Mutual Fund informed that pursuant to SEBI’s communication no. SEBI/ HO/ OW/ IMD-II/ DOF3/P/ 25095/22 dated June 17, 2022 regarding investment in overseas securities by mutual funds, it has been decided to accept fresh Subscriptions through lumpsum investment (including additional purchases / Switch in) and fresh registrations through Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) / Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) / Transfer of IDCW- ins etc. in SBI International Access - US Equity FoF (the Scheme) with effect from July 3, 2023. The aforesaid provisions shall remain effective until the AMC issues further notice in this regard.
All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Documents/ Key Information Memorandums of the Scheme(s) of the Fund as amended from time to time.
