The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 66.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 4.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1288.47 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 146.30 per cent at Rs 433.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 176.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 108.70 per cent to Rs 343.19 crore from Rs 164.44 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 80.18 per cent at Rs 2.00 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 1.11 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 656.63 per cent to Rs 91.25 crore as against Rs 12.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 207.30 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 37.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 993.66 per cent at Rs 22.42 crore (Mar'20 Rs 2.05 crore).
