Rail Vikas Nigam surges on emerging as lowest bidder for HORC project
Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 64.45, up by 1.54 points or 2.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 62.91 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 63.93 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.80 and Rs. 63.80 respectively. So far 7181 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 84.15 on 29-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.00 on 21-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 66.59 and Rs. 60.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13116.86 crore.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for Package No. C-4: Composite Contract package in connection with new BG Railway Line of Haryana Orbital Rail Corporation (HORC) project. The project has been awarded by Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation. The cost of project is Rs 1088.49 crore.
The project is for Design & Construction of Twin Tunnel using NATM and cut & cover method from km 24.880 to km 29.580; Design & Installation of Ballast less Track (excluding supply of rails) from km 24.856 to km 29.680; Detailed Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of General Electrical Services including Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV HT/LT power and Control Cable Network. GIS Substation (11/0.433) kVA. Tunnel lighting system, etc. from km 24.880 to km 29.680; and Design & Construction of Embankment. Bridges and other miscellaneous works from km 12.00 to km 18.00.
