Post Market Mirror - The BSE Sensex ended at 52,904.05 up by 134.32 points By Jainam Share Consultant
The BSE Sensex ended at 52,904.05 up by 134.32 points or 0.25% after trading in a range of 52,978.58 and 52,611.97. There were 15 stocks advancing and 15 stocks declining on the index.
The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.21%, and Small cap index was up by 0.24%.
The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Capital Goods was up by 0.90%, and Telecom was up by 0.06%, while, Energy was down by 0.65%, Realty was down by 1.00%, Oil & Gas was down by 0.78%, Utilities was down by 0.02%, and FMCG was down by 0.13%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.
There were Tech Mahindra was up by 2.69%, HCL Tech was up by 2.09%, Infosys was up by 2.07%, L&T was up by 2.05%, and TATA Steel was up by 1.28%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.
There were Maruti was down by 1.32%, Hindustan Unilever was down by 0.81%, Nestle India was down by 0.78%, Reliance was down by 0.65% and Indusind Bank was down by 0.53%, the top losers were on the Sensex.
The CNX Nifty ended at 15,853.95 up by 41.60 points or 0.26% after trading in a range of 15,877.35 and 15,764.20. There were 22 stocks advancing and 28 stocks declining.
