Piramal Enterprises gains on getting nod to raise up to Rs 3000 crore through NCDs

The scrip opened at Rs. 1061.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1079.85 and Rs. 1061.05 respectively. So far 37338 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,202.73 on 26-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 630.20 on 28-Mar-2023.

Piramal Enterprises has received approval to raise up to Rs 3000 crore through public issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000 each in one or more tranches, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals, as applicable. The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors (Committee) at their meeting held on August 22, 2023 approved the same.
