Pfizer inches up after transferring Thane business undertaking to Vidhi Research and Development
Pfizer is currently trading at Rs. 3810.40, up by 2.50 points or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 3807.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3781.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3824.90 and Rs. 3781.10 respectively. So far 350 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4662.35 on 02-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3761.15 on 14-Feb-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3904.95 and Rs. 3770.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17477.69 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.70% and 18.38% respectively.
Pfizer has transferred its business undertaking at Thane including Land, Plant & Machinery and all the workmen employed at the said Business Undertaking to Vidhi Research and Development effective close of business February 24, 2023. Earlier, the company had signed and executed Business Transfer Agreement with Vidhi Research and Development.
