Orient Bell trades jubilantly on completing two projects involving capex of Rs 20 crore

Orient Bell is currently trading at Rs. 679.65, up by 100.10 points or 17.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 579.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 595.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 684.00 and Rs. 592.85 respectively. So far 17823 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 687.55 on 02-Jun-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 284.30 on 11-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 684.00 and Rs. 527.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 970.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.30% and 35.38% respectively.

Orient Bell has completed two of its projects involving capex of Rs 20 crore. The company has completed capex projects within time and started commercial production on June 28, 2022. The two projects are GVT Tile plant at Sikandrabad (U.P.) -- increase in capacity by 0.7 MSM p.a. and conversion of Dora plant (Bharuch District, Gujarat) from Ceramic Floor to Vitrified Floor – incremental volume potential being 1.2 MSM p.a.

Orient Bell is engaged in the manufacturing of ceramic tiles.
