Navi Mutual Fund files offers document for Cash Fund
Navi Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended debt scheme named ‘Navi Cash Fund’. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10. Entry load and Exit will be nil. The Scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment, and minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 20 crore.
The performance of the scheme is benchmarked by CRISIL Overnight Fund AI Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 10 any amount thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns by investing in debt and money market instruments with overnight maturity.
