The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 9.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.42 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.94 per cent at Rs 90.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.73 per cent to Rs 71.65 crore from Rs 53.18 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 12.50 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 0.96 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 63.85 per cent to Rs 18.99 crore as against Rs 11.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.10 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 91.20 per cent at Rs 4.78 crore (Mar'20 Rs 2.50 crore).
