NBCC (India) surges on bagging work orders worth Rs 981.17 crore in March

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 40.25, up by 0.65 points or 1.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 39.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 39.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 40.35 and Rs. 39.70 respectively. So far 156191 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 59.80 on 22-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 34.20 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 40.90 and Rs. 39.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7236.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.39% and 23.86% respectively.

NBCC (India) has bagged business worth Rs 981.17 crore in March. Out of the total, the company has bagged a work order for around Rs 500 crore for providing comprehensive, design, engineering and project management consultant (PMC) services for various works in the Union Territory of Ladakh.

Besides, the company has bagged order from Directorate General Defence Estates (DGDE) worth Rs 52.73 crore. The company also received various orders worth Rs 418.16 crore from University of Delhi. Additionally, the company bagged order worth Rs 10.28 from MSTC.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
