NBCC (India) soars on bagging redevelopment work order worth Rs 749.28 crore

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 40.57, up by 0.51 points or 1.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 40.06 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 39.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 41.19 and Rs. 39.60 respectively. So far 802859 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 43.80 on 30-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.70 on 17-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 41.19 and Rs. 38.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7297.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.04% and 24.21% respectively.

NBCC (India) has received a redevelopment work order from the Directorate of Printing, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India worth Rs 749.28 crore. The redevelopment work is expected to be executed after final approval of the Public Investment Board (PIB). 

The project is for management consultancy and marketing consultancy and modernization of government of India Presses at Mayapuri, Rashtrapati Bhawan (Delhi), Nashik and Kolkata. 

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
