Mumbai: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL) recently held a Mega Recruitment Drive 2023 on Saturday, 15 April 2023 at their Malad office in Mumbai, which saw a record-breaking 2500 enthusiastic freshers from 109 colleges in Mumbai converge on the location, vying for a coveted job opportunity with one of the country's most prestigious financial services firms.

The atmosphere was electric at Motilal Oswal Office in Malad as candidates showcased their skills, hoping to catch the eye of recruiters from MOFSL's Broking & Distribution business. 610 candidates attended the physical interview of which 44%, i.e. 270 talented candidates got immediate placement after multiple rounds of interviews. The remaining resumes will be considered for future positions.

This event marked the company's annual tradition, except for year 2021, when the pandemic forced a virtual recruitment drive.
