Invesco Asset Management (India) informs about updates
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that the write up of civil litigation incidental to the business of the Mutual Fund to which AMC is a party, as given below, stands added under Point 4 of Section VI pertaining to Penalties and Pending Litigation., etc. in the Scheme Information Document(s) (‘SIDs’) of all the Schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund with immediate effect.
‘Client had invested with Invesco Mutual Fund in May 2022. However, the client passed away in June 2024. Deceased client’s wife, who was the registered nominee in the folio, raised a transmission request which was completed. Deceased client’s mother has filed a suit in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission against the AMC.’
Pursuant to above change, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) of all the Schemes of the Fund.
All other terms & conditions of the SIDs of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs of all the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
