Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund informs that it has decided to re-open the direct creation of units, under Motilal Oswal Nasdaq Q50 ETF and Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 ETF (referred as Designated Schemes) through Large Investor with effective from October 21, 2022 till further notice. This is in continuation to the addendum dated September 15, 2022 and in reference to the Addendum dated Notice cum addendum dated February 01, 2022.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
