Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund informs that the company has approved the certain changes in Fundamental Attributes of the Scheme- Motilal Oswal Dynamic Fund of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF) with effective from January 04, 2023. Details are enclosed in website of the AMC.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
