Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund informs that Dishant Mehta has been appointed as Passive Funds Dealer and Key Personnel of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company with effect from November 21, 2022.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
