Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) (Asset Management Company for Mirae Asset Mutual Fund) has announced Addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund (MF).
Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) informed that Taewan Kwon has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Personnel of AMC with effect from September 01, 2022. He has around 14 years of experience in global business strategy, marketing, fund accounting and client service. Accordingly, the SAI of MAMF stands amended suitably to reflect the changes as stated above.
This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of SAI of MAMF, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI will remain unchanged.
