Mirae Asset Management Company (AMC) announced that notice cum addendum to the Statement Of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund.
Mirae Asset MF informed that in accordance with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, risk-o-meter of Mirae Asset Balanced Advantage Fund (An open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund) of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund stands revised from the existing riskometer of the scheme ‘high’, to the revised riskometer ‘very high’. This is based on the evaluation of risk levels as on October 31, 2022.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms and condition as mentioned in the SID & KIM will remain unchanged.
