HDFC AMC announces Extension of NFO period

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC S&P BSE 500 ETF, HDFC NIFTY Midcap 150 ETF and HDFC NIFTY Smallcap 250 ETF.
HDFC MF has informed that the closing date of New Fund Offer (NFO) of HDFC S&P BSE 500 ETF, HDFC NIFTY Midcap 150 ETF and HDFC NIFTY Smallcap 250 ETF (‘the Schemes’), has been extended from February 09, 2023 to February 13, 2023. Accordingly, the NFO of the Schemes will close for subscription on February 13, 2023.
All other terms of the issue remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the Schemes as amended from time to time.
