Metropolis healthcare limited reported total revenue from operations at ₹292 crores up by 42% YoY from ₹206 crores in Q4FY20. No of tests done up by 23% at 6.5Mn tests in this quarter Q4FY21. EBITDA for the quarter up by 86% at 97 crores as compared to 52 crores in Q4FY20, as non covid growth was very strong this quarter. Profit after tax for the quarter at ₹61 crores in Q4FY21 as compared to ₹16 crores up by 281% in Q4FY20. In last year Q4FY20 was hit by the covid 19 pandemic due to that company having lower base for this quarter.

Metropolis healthcare limited reported very strong set of numbers for the Quarter Q4FY21, Company reported covid testing revenue growth of 80% in the month of march 2021 and Non covid growth of 15%. Overall numbers are above the market expectations but we need to be cautious as again in this quarter Q1FY22 we have seen lockdown in maharashtra due to 2nd wave of covid 19. Due to this non-covid revenue may get impacted as well as EBITDA margins also.
