The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 12.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.16 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined by 0.40 per cent at Rs 14.79 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.85 crore in the corresponding period last year. During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 55.56 per cent to Rs 1.56 crore from Rs 3.51 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 25.00 per cent at Rs 2.90 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 2.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.67 per cent to Rs 13.23 crore as against Rs 11.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.14 per cent in June quarter. Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 124.49 per cent at Rs -0.24 crore (Jun'19 Rs 0.98 crore).
