Maharashtra Seamless rises on bagging orders worth Rs 537 crore

Maharashtra Seamless is currently trading at Rs. 359.45, up by 6.10 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 353.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 358.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 363.75 and Rs. 357.65 respectively. So far 5818 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 455.00 on 13-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 262.50 on 26-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 367.95 and Rs. 344.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4840.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.84% and 25.53% respectively.

Maharashtra Seamless has received orders from ONGC with cumulative basic value of Rs 537 crore for supply of seamless casing pipes. These pipes have to be supplied in various states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Assam and Tripura as required by ONGC.
