Kalpataru Power Transmission surges on raising Rs 200 crore via NCDs
Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 381.20, up by 2.40 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 378.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 379.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 381.75 and Rs. 378.50 respectively. So far 1300 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 495.95 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 309.30 on 01-Feb-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 390.00 and Rs. 372.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5666.00 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.20% and 9.25% respectively.
Kalpataru Power Transmission has raised Rs 200 crore by allotment of 2,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE.
