JM Financial Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum sets out the changes to be made Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of JM Overnight Fund, the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund (MF).
Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/ CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of the JM Overnight Fund (Scheme) stands revised as follows: The Existing Risk-o-meter of the scheme is Low to Moderate while, the Revised Risk-o-meter is Low.
All the other provisions in the SID and KIM of the aforesaid Scheme shall remain unchanged.
