Integra Essentia moves up on purchasing assets of Chateau Indage Winery

Integra Essentia is currently trading at Rs. 7.00, up by 0.10 points or 1.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7.12 and Rs. 6.85 respectively. So far 14077 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.35 on 20-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.60 on 14-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 7.33 and Rs. 6.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 319.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 20.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.64% and 76.55% respectively.

Integra Essentia has purchased assets of Chateau Indage Winery for Rs 40 crore, as a part of its pre-defined long-term business growth strategy and to strengthen its presence in entire supply chain spectrum of consumable goods.

These purchased assets situated in Narayangaon, Maharashtra, a strategic location having optimum climate for grape cultivation, known for its world-class high-quality grapes, comprises (a) Winery Land of 58,612 square metres (b) Winery Buildings of 16,629 square metres RCC, fully insulated, and (c) Winery Equipment including 60 lakh litres stainless steel storage, 4 bottling lines, 2 crushers/pressers, online cold stabilization and filtration etc. surrounded by thousands of acres of planted vineyards, which will enable Integra Essentia to have easy access to quality grapes, perfectly ripened harvest to release the juices through crushing in its purchased processing.
