Inox Wind gains on getting nod to raise Rs 402.5 crore
Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 116.50, up by 1.95 points or 1.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 114.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 118.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 118.95 and Rs. 115.45 respectively. So far 28160 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 160.00 on 30-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 71.05 on 22-Apr-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 126.40 and Rs. 111.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2594.22 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.74% and 29.70% respectively.
Inox Wind’s board has approved a proposal to raise Rs 402.5 crore through preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants. Its promoters will infuse Rs 150 crore through preferential issue of equity shares.
Samena Green, a non-promoter foreign company, will infuse Rs 152.5 crore through preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants. Another non-promoter entity Lend Lease Company (India) will put in Rs 100 crore through the same route.
Inox Wind offers its clients total wind power solutions including wind resource assessment, acquiring land, developing the entire site infrastructure, building the power evacuation system, supplying the WTGs, erection and commissioning services, long term operations and maintenance services as well as post-commissioning support.
